Is it the end of the world?

Or just the coming to an end of the pandemic? One thing I realize is that nobody really knows anything for sure. A lot of clients ask me if now is a good time to sell and will real estate keep climbing in the GTA. This, I can guess about… Even an educated guess… But how can anyone really know for sure?

I do know this, if you want to live somewhere else than where you are at now, it’s a good time to move. They used to say everything is location, location, location. Everything still is. 

If you are in a condo and want to move to a house, you will get more for your condo than ever before and you will pay more for your house than ever before. If you are moving out of the city, you will pay less to buy out of town than in town. You will have more space, but a longer commute. 

If you move to a more desirable area of the city… you will pay more! But… you will live in a more desirable area! 

Most important of all the choices is that you move where you want to move. Do what works for you. If it works for you to sell your house and rent… Do it!!! Lots of my clients find that to be less stressful. 

I hope it’s not the end of the world. I am just starting to finally make sense of all the monkey business. And… If you have questions ask them… Please ask them!!!
