Nicola is a joy to work with start to finish. She is knowledgeable and professional but she adds a flair of fun into every step so that you forget the stress that can come with buying or selling homes. She is always available when needed; I would highly recommend her services to anyone who appreciates what you see is what you get!

Nicola was such an excellent help in finding us a rental! She made the whole process completely seamless and took all of our worries away. She was able to negotiate our rent prices down and made sure we were completely happy with our place bu ticking all of our requirements! We’ll definitely be contacting her when we’re ready to purchase a home!

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Nicola and the Bosley Team over the spring/summer of 2021. We came in with limited knowledge of the buying/selling process and many concerns due to the uncertain and ever changing covid landscape. With Nicola's guidance and knowledge base, we were able to move forward and begin the journey together with a sense of confidence and assurance that we could make this happen within our desired timeline and budget. Nicola has been an incredible resource and support for us as we navigated the process of staging, selling our home and finding a new space that would provide my partner and I the necessities needed to start the next chapter of our lives. The professionalism and creativity of Nicola and her team was a major factor that allowed us to transition into a new home that accommodated our needs and located in a neighborhood that we were eager be a part of. Working with Nicola was as seamless and painless as we could have asked. She treated us with respect, advised with honesty and truly made my partner and I feel important and well taken care of. We highly recommend anyone who is looking for an agent to consider Nicola St. John. We were not disappointed, and are confident you wont be either!

Nicola knows her stuff. She’s the first person I message for anything Real Estate. She is never too busy and will take the time to look into everything you need. If you give her your exact needs and wants, she’ll make it happen.
