Now is the winter of our discontent,
Made glorious summer by this son of York;
And all the clouds that lour’d upon our houseIn the deep bosom of the ocean buried.
Now are our brows bound with victorious wreaths,
Our bruised arms hung up for monuments,
Our stern alarums changed to merry meetings,
Our dreadful marches to delightful measures.

Will Shakespeare said it in the 1600”s but it rings true for us today.

We have come through gruelling drudgery and there is light and sun and hope on this side.

Homes in the GTA are selling at astounding rates. Buyers are trying to snatch them up as they arrive.

The market as a result of Covid 19 has become a circle of movement.

People who no longer need to work in the city are selling their homes and moving out to the smaller places in Ontario. Condo dwellers are choosing smaller homes to live in to escape the halls of people and have more privacy.

Younger people who never considered they could buy before, are seeing that the downtown condos have become more available.

This circle of buyer/seller movement is positive and keeps our economy strong at historically low lending rates.

This city, though it has been rocky, has maintained its integrity and is still one of the most sought-after places in the world to live in. If we can get you into any of these stages in the market… Let’s do it!!  There is no safer place, in my estimation, to put your money, than in the ground.

There is light and sun and hope on this side.
